Shipping Policy

Key information

  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM PST
  • Order processing: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order transit: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Free shipping on all orders

Once you place your order we'll confirm it on your email within 1-2 days (Monday to Friday). If you order before 2:00 PM PST, we'll start working on your order the same day. Once shipped we'll send you tracking information via email. Shipping usually takes 5-7 days (Monday to Friday). We offer free shipping on all orders within United states, but we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 8 hours from placing the order.

Delayed Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances. Please wait additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If you haven't received your items by then, please contact our customer support.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage or wrong items, you should make note and take pictures. We are very sorry for this, but sometimes it can happen. Please contact our customer support and we will help you sorting it out. Just bear in mind that if you return any products to us, you are responsible for any return shipping fee.
