- Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI, PR).
- Large grills and appliances ship LTL freight with curbside delivery. The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.

Damage & Inspection
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of all sides of the packaging and product.
- Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours to support@kitchenskyline.com
We will resolve the issue and arrange replacements promptly.
Returns (30 Days)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- unused
- unassembled
- in like-new condition
- in the original inner & outer packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies.
