The liner uses double-lined 304 stainless steel construction to provide maximum strength and protection from high heat around the burner area and nearby outdoor kitchen components. It is specified for use with cabinets made of combustible materials that will house these double side burners, providing a defined heat barrier for safety in those enclosures.

Shipping Information

• Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Transit time is typically 5–7 business days depending on location and carrier.
• Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI, PR).
• Large grills and appliances ship LTL freight with curbside delivery. The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.

Damage & Inspection
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
• Take photos of all sides of the packaging and product.
• Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours to support@kitchenskyline.com
  We will resolve the issue and arrange replacements promptly.

Returns (30 Days)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• unused
• unassembled
• in like-new condition
• in the original inner & outer packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies.
  Please contact us first to obtain an RMA and return instructions.

 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment begins, standard return fees apply.
