Return and Refund Policy

Return Process

If you decide to return the items, please contact our customer support first. We will then inform you on how to proceed with the return process. For a return to be eligible, the item(s) must be in unused, unassembled, like new condition and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. You are responsible for any return shipping fees. Before sending the items, ensure your return is well-packaged in both the original outer and inner packaging to minimize damage, and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our customer support. 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 8 hours from placing the order.

Delayed Orders
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances. Please wait additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If you haven't received your items by then, please contact our customer support.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage or wrong items, you should make note and take pictures. We are very sorry for this, but sometimes it can happen. Please contact our customer support and we will help you sorting it out. Just bear in mind that if you return any products to us, you are responsible for any return shipping fee.
